  A: We offer washer and dryer rental that is included in your rent payment for only $45.00 per month.

  Q: Can I get high speed internet? back to top ^

  A:  You can choose from the services offered by our cable provider or DSL service on your phone lines.  All apartments are cable and phone line ready in both bedrooms and livingroom.

  Q: Can I bring my Pet? back to top ^

  A:  Most pets are accepted.  There is a $200 deposit per pet, with $100 of that amount being refundable.  There is a 2 pet limit, and ample open area around the property to take your pet for walks.

  Q: What utilities are included? back to top ^

  A:  We pay for water and trash service.  You are responsible for gas and electric costs.  The Furnace and hot water tank are clean, low cost gas, with all other appliances being electric.

  Q: What lease terms are available? back to top ^

  A:  We offer flexible lease terms on most apartments.  The market rates quoted are for 1 year lease terms, however, shorter term leases are available for an additional cost.

  A:  We can contract with furniture rental companies to provide to you furniture, and other items you may find to fit your needs, and you can have this added to your rent.
